Shipping policy

All DRAWNFIRE products are made to order specifically for each customer.

Production Times

Most orders are produced within 2-7 business days before dispatch. During busy periods, production times may be longer.

Shipping Times

Delivery times vary depending on destination, shipping method and carrier. Estimated delivery dates are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when available and will be sent to the email address supplied at checkout.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are correct when placing an order. DRAWNFIRE cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information.

Order Changes & Cancellations

As products are made to order, changes or cancellations can only be made before production begins. Once an order enters production, it may no longer be possible to modify or cancel it.

Delays

DRAWNFIRE is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs processing, severe weather, industrial action, or other events outside our control.
