At DRAWNFIRE, every product is made to order specifically for you.

Returns & Exchanges

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selected when ordering
• Change of mind
• Preference for a different fit or style
• Orders placed with incorrect shipping information
• Minor colour variations between screen and print

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs showing the problem.

Approved claims may be resolved through a replacement, refund, partial refund or store credit.

Order Changes & Cancellations

As products are made to order, orders can only be modified or cancelled before production begins.
